- CHEZ L'AMI LOUIS - founded in 1924. The restaurant, which has been called "the world's most famous bistro" and "the worst restaurant in the world", has only fourteen tables and serves meals in a traditional French setting. Specializes in traditional French cuisine, including lamb and foie gras. Notable clients have included Francis Ford Coppola and Alice Waters, who has named it as her favourite restaurant. Their chicken is just incredible, Jacques Chirac and Bill Clinton loves it - and so did Orson Welles, Mikhail Gorbatjov and Ernest Hemingway! 32, rue Vertbois, 75003 Paris, France.

- I Ate at Bistro Owned by Europe's Richest Man - "I ate at the Paris bistro that's now owned by the richest man in Europe. It has many critics, but one dish won me over. I dined at the Chez L'Ami Louis in Paris, which was just bought by the richest man in Europe. The bistro's famous $130 roast chicken was incredible, and the portion was large."
- Krasota - "KRASOTA Dubai is a unique fine dining destination that merges haute cuisine and visual art. Each dinner is a performance with a tasting menu created by starred chef Vladimir Mukhin, accompanied by stunning visual effects. You can choose between two gastronomic shows: 'Imaginary Art' dedicated to the worlds of renowned artists or 'Imaginary Future' unveiling the futuristic scenarios of humankind. - GEKKŌ - "A Japanese-inspired Steakhouse and Lounge." Gekkō is located in Brickell, where there are no shortage of see-and-be-seen restaurants wringing money out of well-dressed customers like sweat from an Equinox gym towel. But Gekkō beats just about every other place that falls into this category when it comes to food. Yes, it’s overpriced and suffers from unnecessary edible gold leaf syndrome—but the steaks are cooked wonderfully and the quality of fish in the sushi is impressive. If you don’t mind spending between $150 and $200 per person, you can actually have a good meal here. - Quaglino's - "Restaurant In St.James." Visit Quaglino's, a famous brasserie-style restaurant in the heart of London's St.James. Restaurant in central London which was founded in 1929, closed in 1977, and revived in 1993. From the 1930s through the 1950s, it was popular among the British aristocracy, including the royal family, many of whom were regulars, and was a haunt of London's café society. It offered dinner, music and dancing. In the 1960s, it was sold to a succession of hotel companies, and its reputation faded; it closed in 1977. - St. John - since 1994. * 26 St John St, Clerkenwell, London EC1M 4AY, U.K. "Whitewashed ex-smokehouse where Fergus Henderson pioneered the resurgent interest in offal dishes." He is often noted for his use of offal and other neglected cuts of meat as a consequence of his philosophy of nose to tail eating. Chefs Anthony Bourdain and Mario Batali have both praised Henderson for his dishes, which optimise British food while making full use of the whole animal. St. JOHN has won numerous awards and accolades, including Best British and Best overall London Restaurant at the 2001 Moët & Chandon Restaurant Awards. It has also been consistently placed in Restaurant magazine's annual list of the Top 50 restaurants in the world and awarded a Michelin star in September 2012.
- HIDE - 85 Piccadilly, Mayfair, London W1J 7NB, U.K. "Chef Ollie Dabbous' £20 million Three Storey Mayfair Masterpiece." Dabbous has enlisted an all-star cast to design Hide in Mayfair, including Atmos Studio, who created the twisting staircase, as well as interior designer Rose Murray and architectural consultancy Lusted Green. - La Closerie Des Lilas - 171, boulevard du Montparnasse, Paris, France. Famous café, restaurant & brasserie. Was where the intelligentsia hung out in the early 20th century: A bust-up between André Breton and Tristan Tzara marked the end of the Dada movement here in 1922; then the Surrealist crowd moved in, along with literary expats like Henry Miller, F. Scott Fitzgerald and Ernest Hemingway, who said that the Closerie was 'one of the best cafés in Paris'. A bronze plaque engraved with Hemingway’s name (in the piano bar) commemorates the author’s patronage. The literary flame is kept burning too, thanks to the Prix de la Closerie des Lilas - an award for 21st-century, French-language, female authors.
